My equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) statement

Quite simply:
"Do unto others as you would have them do unto you."

This is of course one of the many versions of the positive affirmation of the so called Golden Rule.

Basically, you should treat/approach everyone with: Understanding, Compassion, Helpfulness, Empathy, Trustworthiness, Kindness, Generosity, Reliably, Caring, Forgiving, Non-judgmentally, Supportively, Interest, Fairness, Honesty, Patience, Thoughtfulness, Tolerance and Respectfully.
